1-2-1 Gateway Programme Facilitator Training - £600 per person

Become a Certified 1-2-1 Gateway Programme Facilitator by completing:

Training: 4 half-day remote sessions or 2 full-day face-to-face sessions

Practice: Delivery of one full 1-2-1 Gateway Programme within your own service

Review: Attendance of one remote portfolio review meeting to gain certification

Become a Certified Group Gateway Programme Facilitator by completing:

  • Training: 3 half-day remote sessions or 2 full-day face-to-face sessions

  • Practice: Co-facilitate one full Group Gateway Programme

  • Review: Attend a remote portfolio review meeting for certification

Next Remote Training Dates – March 2026

Session 1 – Mon 9th March, 10 am–1:00 pm

Session 2 – Wed 11th March, 10 am–1:00 pm

Session 3 – Fri 13th March, 10 am–1:00 pm

Following co-facilitation of one Group Gateway Programme, delegates are required to attend a remote Facilitator Review Meeting lasting approximately 60 minutes. This meeting provides an opportunity to reflect on Gateway provision and receive tailored support to complete and submit a Gateway Facilitator Portfolio for certification.

Include prerequisite domestic abuse knowledge, experience and training.

Steps to Group Gateway Facilitator Certification:

  1. Complete Gateway Facilitator training (3 half-day remote sessions or two in-person full days).
  2. Co-facilitate a Group Gateway Programme with a certified facilitator.
  3. Attend a review meeting (remote or in-person) and submit your Facilitator Portfolio for certification.

Steps to 1-2-1 Gateway Facilitator Certification:

  1. Complete Gateway Facilitator training (4 half-day remote sessions or two in-person full days).
  2. Facilitate all Gateway sessions for a participant and complete your Facilitator Portfolio.
  3. Attend a review meeting to submit your Portfolio for certification.
